The Role 

Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Network Analyst to work out of its state-of-the-art facility in Mesa, AZ.

The key responsibilities of this Network Analyst include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the design and installation of computer networks, connections, and cabling
  • Install and maintain network hardware and software
  • Test and configure software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices
  • Assist with analysis of network performance for ways to improve
  • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance with minimal user interruption
  • Assist with the back-up systems associated with business critical or production systems
  • Assist with recovery services as outlined within the disaster recovery plan
  • Primary support for printers and multi-purpose devices
  • Provide primary support with CNC / DNC controllers as they integrate with embedded systems
  • Member of the department on-call team

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Network Analyst with Amphenol Aerospace Operations:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of computer networks, active directory
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management
  • Proven experience as a network technician or analyst
  • Familiarity with AS400, supporting CNC / DNC machinery software
  • Demonstrated knowledge of system management, enterprise backup, media rotation, and storage
  • Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies
  • Hands on experience with software and hardware implementation
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

 

  • Degree in Information Systems and 3 years of technical systems experience or 5 – 7 years of experience in a technical support role
