The Role -

Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Compliance Administrator to work out of its state-of-the-art facility in Sidney, NY.

The Compliance Administrator is an entry level position providing essential administrative support that strengthens the organization’s compliance posture by maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating audit and regulatory activities, and facilitating communication between key stakeholders.

The key responsibilities of the Compliance Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and update compliance-related documentation, forms, and tracking logs
  • Support audit preparation by scheduling reviews, and coordinating with internal teams
  • Track regulatory requirement deadlines across departments
  • Assist with workflow management for compliance reviews, approvals, and corrective actions
  • Coordinate meetings related to compliance milestones, audits, certifications, and regulatory updates
  • Manage communication between compliance, engineering, quality, and external regulatory contacts
  • Maintain organized filing systems for sensitive and controlled documents
  • Assist in monitoring action items tied to compliance programs (QPL, VAD audit schedules)
  • Support the onboarding of compliance requirements for new products, facilities, or transfers (e.g., Endicott readiness)
  • Review and update training materials for compliance team
  • Assists supervisor/managers as necessary with various support functions

    • 30 Minute Drive from Binghamton, NY
    • 20 Minute Drive from Oneonta, NY

Salary - $50,000 - $63,000

The Person -

The key skills and qualities of an Compliance Administrator at Amphenol Aerospace Operations:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent accumulation of education and experience, preferably in technical or engineering field
  • One to three years’ experience working in a compliance, administrative, or regulated business preferred but not required
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Maintains a positive attitude and professional image
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to sit/stand for extended lengths of time at computer
  • Driving/Operating motor vehicle
  • Travel may be required, approximately 1-3%
