Pay Scale: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

The Role -
Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Metrology Inspector to work out of its state-of-the-art facility in Mesa, AZ.
The key responsibilities of this Metrology Inspector include, but are not limited to:
- GD&T Intermediate Level
- Have a strong working knowledge of measurement techniques and proper use of measurement equipment
- Operate and program equipment such as Mitutoyo Quick Vision and Keyence IM/LM series. QVBasic experience is a plus.
- Program and maintain Keyence programs.
- Summarize quality control data on the computer and report results.
- Document nonconforming product, accept resulting rework.
- Perform Calibration and Capability studies for new machines.
- Assist Production personnel with measurement issues and drawing interpretation. Assist with operator training as needed.
- Performs First Article Inspection and completes related documentation following Amphenol Quality Procedures and AS9102.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Support calibration activities and maintain records of various tools, instruments and gauges used for product acceptance or verification/validation.

The Person
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in equal or related field.
- Able to read and work from written job instructions on operations with minimal guidance.
- Able to frequently pivot from working in a team environment to working independently depending on the day and work assignments.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Vision acuity 20/25 (with or without corrective lenses), must pass the annual eye exam.
