Amphenol Aerospace is currently seeking candidates for a Manufacturing Supervisor opening on first shift. This individual will be responsible for the efficient and cost effective management of both employees and equipment resources in our Assembly Department; will provide and maintain metrics and reports on departmental activity; and recommend and work on improvements in organization, procedures and processes.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities to achieve our department and divisional goals; expedite priorities; work with the Material Planners to schedule workload; and train, develop and monitor employees in the department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline withsome leadership or supervisory experience or equivalent education / experience required

  • Manufacturing experience preferred

  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing a plus

  • Although this is a first shift position, Manufacturing Supervisors must be able to work any shift to cover for short-term scheduling issues and as business needs change
