AAO is currently seeking an innovative individual that demonstrates significant ingenuity in problem solving for the position of Full Stack Developer. This individual will provide programming resources that are applicable in all levels or stacks within the .NET / MVC environment. An ability to approach development from an entrepreneurial mindset is necessary to understand the organization’s business requirements. Efficient coding techniques, database design knowledge, and ease-of-use for the end user are paramount.


  • Bachelor Degree in computer science or related field with 5 years of software development experience
  • Proficiency with relational database systems, object oriented programming and web application programming
  • Proficient with Microsoft development tools and platforms
  • Understanding of technologies including C#, SQL, Entity Framework, JavaScript, JSON, HTML and CSS
  • Experience designing and developing large scale enterprise projects
  • Experience with relational database systems including SQL Server
  • Experience with .Net Framework, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core
  • Work Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
  • Experience with RPG, Cobol, and DB2 a plus
