AAO is currently seeking an innovative individual that demonstrates significant ingenuity in problem solving for the position of Cable Test Technician. This individual will operate a VNA (Vector Network Analyzer)/other misc. equipment and facilitate any testing equipment needed to test high speed cable assemblies and converters.  The majority of the time will be managing bill of materials and assembling for various cable / contact assemblies.  The other large portion of time will be used to learn and operate the VNA for all high speed production testing.

Requirements:

  • B.S. or A.A.S. in a technical field is preferred, but not required
  • Cable assembly experience is preferred, but not required
  • Contact assembly experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work with hands on small intricate parts
  • MS Office Experience
  • Experience with managing projects / tasks
  • VNA experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to learn and operate new equipment
