The Role

Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Human Resources Manager to work out of its brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Mesa. The successful candidate will act as a “department of one”, owning all HR responsibilities both administrative and strategic.  

The key responsibilities of this Human Resources Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with assigned business leaders to drive business outcomes through effective application of sound Human Resources practices, problem solving capabilities, and creative solutioning
  • Own key HR functions in Mesa, AZ location for both salaried and hourly workforce, including but not limited to: Benefits, Compliance, Recruiting, On-boarding, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement & Retention
  • Identify strategic people issues in partnership with key business areas and support leadership with advice and expertise to resolve these matters
  • Work in partnership with the key business area leadership to manage employee relations issues through ongoing dialogue consisting of issue identification, solution considerations and execution. Provide ongoing support to all leadership levels through problem solving and risk mitigation

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Human Resources Manager at Amphenol Aerospace Operations:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience is required
  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources required
  • Experience working with employee benefits, recruitment, and employee relations required.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with candidates, employees at all levels in the organization and partners
  • Confidentiality a must
