The Role
Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Project Manager to work out of its brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Mesa, AZ.
The key responsibilities of this Project Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee facility expansion projects to include: working with and managing the relationship and progress of contractors, establishing project timeline and managing costs.
- Develop and manage continuous improvement plans.
- Creating long and short-term plans for operational and facility improvements.

The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Project Manager at Amphenol Aerospace Operations:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
- 5 or more years' experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Project management experience across multi-disciplinary teams preferred.
- Software – Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office suite.
- Some travel required.
- Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Able to gain the cooperation of team members who are not subordinates.
- Job requires sitting, walking and ability to work in a manufacturing environment. Periods of computer work.
