AAO is currently seeking an innovative individual that demonstrates significant ingenuity in problem solving for the position of Material Specialist Team Lead. 


  • Capable of identifying parts and materials from specifications, drawings, or instructions.
  • Strict time management with self and other team members to support a productive work environment. Includes gathering hourly shipment stats & quick corrective actions to help team members reach their goals
  • Strong Communication, Leadership skills, Core Value commitment & Excellent attendance
  • Facilitate the loading and unloading of hazardous materials picked up or delivered by a certified Hazmat carrier Intermediate computer skills
  • Support preventative maintenance of equipment and report machine issues to production supervisor
  • Facilitate the requisition of NP, FR and 44 dash materials for purchase by the purchasing department.
  • Facilitate delivery of chemical materials to and from designated storage areas and maintain accurate records of such transactions.
  • Will support management with meeting deadlines to customers as needed.
