2020 Summer Internships!

Amphenol Aerospace in Sidney, NY has a diverse internship program which features jobs in multiple fields available to a number of different majors and degree programs. All Summer Internships pay $18/hour, the hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST. The Internships run from May/June – August.

Electrical Engineering Internship - Aid in designing and testing electrical circuit board assemblies and systems.

Environmental, Health and Safety Internship - Materials Compliance, environmental remediation, chemical replacement, cost reductions; Safety and Training program development

Information Technology Internship - This position will provide level 1 support to users including staging of computers, troubleshoot network issues, printer deployment, and help desk support. This person may also have a chance to Program systems that create and disperse daily reporting for Planning and Production

Mechanical Design Engineering Internship – 3D Modeling and Drawing creation using CREO

Quality Engineering Internship – Support overall Quality of products through statistical data compilation and analysis, reverse engineering and corrective action implementation

Supply Chain Internship – Support both the purchasing and materials planning departments through project oriented work including: working with suppliers to improve on time delivery, working internally to create manuals for process improvements

The candidate must be able to legally work in the United States; we are unable to provide sponsorship. Position requires candidate to be a U.S. person as defined in ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status) and defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101(a) (20).
