AAO is currently seeking an innovative individual that demonstrates significant ingenuity in problem solving for the position of Sales Trainee. This individual will go through a detailed training program learning from experience Sales Persons and Product Managers before they take on a permanent role in the Texas region. They will develop knowledge in policies, products and procedures to prepare for a Sales and Marketing position.  Position entails rotation between Customer Relations, Technical Support and New Products at facilities in New York, Massachusetts, Texas & Arizona.  In addition, they will be given special assignments to strengthen product skills, selling skills, customer relations and other areas designed to strengthen liaison with other organizations within the Military & Aerospace industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technical field
  • Good oral and written skills required as well as ability to develop good relations with customers and co-workers. 
  • Experience with PC based programs helpful. 
  • Must have the ability to work unsupervised.
