Assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support 

The Role

Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to work out of its state-of-the-art facility in Sidney, NY.

The key responsibilities of this Sales and Marketing Support? Specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordination of Customer Terms and Conditions and Quality requirements to assure compliance.
  • Proactive Customer Backlog Management.
  • Interfaces with other departments and customers and vendors to assure delivery of a quality product
  • Review customer drawing revisions for compliance with AAO documents and update systems
  • Review customer Terms and Conditions as well as quality documents involving other departments as needed to update systems
  • Identification of decision makers at accounts and coordination of activity through them
  • Maintain adequate on-going projects and relationships to meet tactical and strategic sales objectives

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Sales and Marketing Support? Specialist at Amphenol Aerospace Operations:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other relevant field preferred
  • Experience in MS Excel, Outlook
  • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems 
  • Experience working with customers
