AAO is currently seeking an innovative individual that demonstrates significant ingenuity in problem solving for the position of Credit Specialist. This individual will perform daily collection and billing responsibilities for customer accounts.  Assess customer payment history and current financial standing, to recommend appropriate credit actions.   Monitor and provide resolution for all customer credit and collection issues, Monitor activities and recommend appropriate accrual balances for Bad Debt, and Distributor programs (Contractual Returns and SPAF).  Provide policy and procedure testing and updates.     


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics with additional accounting work experience in a manufacturing environment. 
  • Must possess strong internal and external communication skills, broad business operations knowledge, and be able to thrive in a fast paced team environment.
  • Utilization of mainframe accounting software (Global), mainframe manufacturing and order entry systems (DATA3), and Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.  
  • Must be able to navigate multiple customer business portals and banking websites. 
  • Must be able to work at a computer station for extended periods of time.  
  • Minimal lifting of paper supplies and doc storage.
